In my sessions I do my best to be receptive to my students, identifying locations of both strength and weakness and adjusting the speed, mode and method of the lessons accordingly. Throughout my learning of maths I have actually always felt that I involve the most with the subject via doing many example troubles, so I would place a big meaning on this approach to learning in my sessions. I will certainly revisit the previous week's content at the beginning of each session to ensure a complete understanding and to build self-confidence for the students as they progress.

I will certainly do my best to dispel any type of doubt or nervousness when coming close to 'bigger' problems, whether in length or difficulty of their topic, by revealing rational ways to divide the problem into little portions which are much easier to take on, prior to accumulating to a full, complete way out.

I can ensure that I will certainly hold my horses and also motivating in all of my communication with tutees. I would enjoy to not only increase my students' understanding yet also, through the fulfillment of their development and success, see them grow a love for the subject as I have.
